Access to the under bed storage not easy, sort of need two people to manage lifting out both items whilst holding up mattress and slat base. Hand held shower head instead of overhead shower, the shower recess also leaked. Mirrors weren’t clean and random hair in the bedding."

After entering the outer door, we had difficulty finding which apartment and flat it was. It was not specified which block it was, There are three block (A,B,C). there was no door number. It is not very important but the instructions could be detailed. Thank you."
